By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Overview of Service
Caring Connections provides non-clinical, text-based wellness check-in services via SMS and phone calls. The purpose of this service is to promote peace of mind and well-being through routine check-ins and alerting designated contacts when a subscriber is unresponsive. Caring Connections is not a medical provider, emergency response system, or replacement for 911 or healthcare services.

2. Eligibility
To use this service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent
  • Provide accurate personal and contact information
  • Agree to keep your emergency contact details up to date

3. Check-In Process
Subscribers receive up to three daily text messages. If no response is received, a phone call is made. If still unreachable, we notify the listed emergency contact, and if necessary, request a wellness check from local authorities.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

  • Responding to check-ins
  • Informing us of absences or travel plans
  • Keeping your phone and contact info active and updated

You may pause or cancel services at any time by phone, text, or email.

5. Emergency Contact Limitations
We rely on the contact information you provide. Caring Connections is not liable for delays or failures caused by unreachable or incorrect emergency contacts.

6. Service Availability
We do our best to ensure timely and consistent service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of text messages or phone calls due to external technical factors (e.g., network outages, carrier issues).

7. Fees & Cancellations
Service fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time without penalty. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Disclaimer of Liability
Caring Connections is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of missed responses, system delays, or service interruptions. This service does not provide medical advice or emergency care.

10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates implies agreement to the new Terms.
